En Matariki Lodge y Toi Toru Lodge, la sustentabilidad no es solo un concepto: es parte de nuestra forma de vivir.
El agua proviene directamente de la lluvia, cuidadosamente recolectada y filtrada para su uso; la energía solar abastece todo el recinto; y contamos con plantaciones propias de frutas tropicales como piña, sandía, tuna, chirimoya, manzana y limón, entre otros.
Cada lodge está diseñado para dos personas, combinando confort y respeto por el entorno. La estadía mínima es de dos noches, y por respeto al entorno natural, no se aceptan niños ni mascotas.
Debido a la ubicación del terreno, rodeado de vegetación y con acceso a caminos rurales, el arriendo incluye un vehículo 4x4 provisto por el mejor rent a car de la isla, garantizando comodidad y libertad para explorar.
Solo se requiere licencia de conducir vigente, pasaporte o identificación, y el contrato se firma directamente con la empresa de arriendo al llegar a Rapa Nui.
Y si al llegar te recibe una mirada curiosa y tranquila, no te sorprendas: es Kala, nuestra simpática yegua, que recorre libremente el terreno y da la bienvenida a cada visitante con la calma que caracteriza a este lugar.

Located on the slopes of Maunga Terevaka, the highest point on Rapa Nui at over 500 meters above sea level, our lodges offer a unique experience of rest, silence, and connection with nature. From here, you can enjoy a privileged view of Hanga Roa and the endless Pacific Ocean.

Water comes directly from rainfall, carefully collected and filtered for use; solar energy powers the entire property; and we have our own plantations of tropical fruits such as pineapple, watermelon, prickly pear, cherimoya, apple, and lemon.
Each lodge is designed for two people, combining comfort with respect for the environment. The minimum stay is two nights, and out of respect for the natural surroundings, children and pets are not accepted.
Due to the property’s location, surrounded by vegetation and accessible via rural roads, the rental includes a 4x4 vehicle provided by the island’s best rent-a-car service, ensuring comfort and freedom to explore.
A valid driver’s license, passport or ID is required, and the rental contract is signed directly with the car company upon arrival on Rapa Nui.
And if, upon arriving, you’re greeted by a calm and curious gaze, don’t be surprised — it’s Kala, our friendly mare who freely roams the property and welcomes each visitor with the peaceful spirit that defines this place.
